What is Active Listening?
Active Listening involves fully concentrating, understanding, responding to, and remembering what others say. It can enhance collaboration, foster trust, and encourage open dialogue in relationships.
Through the development of Active Listening, we may be able to support everyone to feel seen, heard and valued.
